Turner Family Christmas

We had Christmas with the whole Turner family this past weekend at our house. It was a blast! Adam and his wife Rosalinda came with all the kids and Annie had a great time! She just adores all the big kids! She barely slept all weekend. She loves her cousins!

Annie and I had our first mother daughter Christmas party at our friend Ali's parents house. All the babies were supposed to wear their xmas PJ's. It was so fun!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a very blessed Thanksgiving! We went home and we were able to see the Turner's and the Verity's. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family! It was so fun to be home in Oklahoma City. Ryan and I had not been home since our first year of marriage. It was great to be home!

Whatever Works

Annie has been teething FOREVER! The other night she woke up at like midnight and Ryan and I could not get her to calm down so the only thing I could think of was a skinny cow mini Popsicle I had in the freezer and she was in Heaven! She really enjoyed sharing with her baby as well! Needless to say, we were able to get her back to bed! I was a little worried after all that sugar.

Lunch with Maw Maw

Ryan and I met Mimi and Maw Maw for lunch a few weeks ago. This is Ryan's mom and his grandmaw. It was so fun for Maw Maw to see Annie. They had not seen each other in a while! We are so blessed to have her in our lives!

Annie loves her Daddy and the time they spend is so precious. They were reading tonight and I just had to get a picture. Unfortunately, she saw me but it was still so sweet.

Happy Halloween

We have had a crazy fall but so fun! Annie is growing up so fast. My mom was in town for a couple of days so she got to see Annie on Halloween. She was a pumpkin this year. We went to the mall and had lunch with Dedee all dressed up! We went to a party that evening with some friends with lots of babies. Annie had her first taste of candy Friday night and of course LOVED it!!!

We went to the river with some friends from our play group and it was a blast! It was so fun to see them all interact together. The mommies and the babies had a lot of fun and we look forward to doing it again soon.

My Houdini Daughter

Annie discovered how to take her diaper off today during her nap in the dark. She has black out curtains in her room so you really can't see anything unless you turn the light on. I went in there and saw this.....

First trip to the Fair

We took Annie to the fair on her birthday Wed to the petting zoo and she loved it! She also had her first Fletcher's corn dog and she ate the whole thing! This child eats so much and I have no idea where it goes!

Well we celebrated Annie's first birthday this past weekend. It was great! I cant believe she is already 1! Where does the time go?

Jackson Hole

Sorry it's been so long. We have had a crazy few weeks! We went to Jackson Hole Wyoming at the beginning of the month with my family and had a blast! It was great for Annie to see her cousins and play! She thinks Mary Ellen and Ben are pretty great, especially Ben! We are back in Dallas getting ready for school to start. Annie is going to Mothers Day Out this year and we are so excited! She is going to be 1 here in a few weeks. I can't believe it! We will keep you posted on the rest of our lives!
